# WhatsApp Cloud API Integration & Automation Module for Concord CRM 📱💬

***

The **WhatsApp Cloud API Integration & Automation Module for Concord CRM** enables seamless WhatsApp messaging automation using **Meta's official Cloud API**.
It allows you to connect a verified WhatsApp Business account, sync approved templates, and automatically send WhatsApp notifications based on Concord CRM events such as contact, company, and deal updates.

The module is built for **self-hosted Concord CRM installations** and provides a reliable, policy-compliant way to automate customer communication, lead notifications, and internal alerts using Meta-approved WhatsApp templates—without relying on third-party gateways or unofficial APIs.
