Installation & Activation

Follow the steps below to install and activate the WhatsApp Cloud API Plugin.

Step 1: Download the Plugin

• After purchase, download the plugin ZIP file from your Envato (CodeCanyon) Downloads page.
• Also download your Envato license key file.

Step 2: Upload the Plugin

1. Log in to your cPanel or server control panel.
2. Navigate to the directory where your Shofy installation is located.
3. This is the main project folder where you can see folders like: app, bootstrap, config, public, .env.
4. Open the following path inside your Shofy project: platform/plugins.
5. Upload the plugin ZIP file into the platform/plugins folder.
6. After uploading, extract the ZIP file there.

Step 3: Activate Plugin

1. In the Plugin list, locate the WhatsAppCloudApi Plugin.
2. Click Activate to activate it.

Step 4: Enter Your License Key

1. After activation, Go to Settings > WhatsAppCloudApi and click on Update & Activation.
2. Paste your Envato Username and license key into the license input.
3. Click Activate License to complete the activation.

Step 5: Verify Installation

• Once activated, the plugin should appear in the Shofy sidebar under WhatsApp Cloud Api.
• You can now proceed to configure webhooks and Auto Convert Contacts settings.
