WhatsApp QR Login Module for WhatsMarkSaaS Bundle 📱💬

The WhatsApp QR Login Module for WhatsMarkSaaS Bundle lets you connect a WhatsApp number to your WhatsMarkSaaS account using a QR code.
For the setup steps, see Getting Started.
Once your WhatsApp number is connected, you and your team can send and receive messages from a shared browser inbox. The inbox includes features such as:
- Saved reply templates for frequently used messages
- Customer information fields that are added automatically when you send a message
- Contact picker for sending contact information
- Voice notes
- Media and other WhatsApp message types
The module connects your WhatsApp number through QR Login, so you do not need WhatsApp Cloud API setup or Meta approval.
🚀 Key Features
- QR-based Login: Connect any WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code. You do not need the Cloud API, Meta approval, or template fees.
- Full Web Inbox: The shared inbox gives you a chat list where you can search for a chat, mark chats as favourites, and archive chats you're done with. If you mute a chat in WhatsApp itself, the chat list here shows a mute icon so your team can see it's muted. When writing a message, you can add emoji, voice notes, locations, contact cards, and CRM merge fields (see below).
- One Number per Workspace: Each tenant account can connect one WhatsApp number. Everyone who has access to that account can use the same WhatsApp inbox to view and reply to messages.
- Real-time Updates: New messages and message status updates (sent, delivered, and read) are updated automatically. You do not need to refresh the page.
- Canned Replies & Merge Fields: Save message templates that you can use again. You can add information such as the customer's name using
. When you send the message, the system automatically replaces it with the customer's real name. - All WhatsApp Message Types: Text, image, video, audio, voice notes, documents, stickers, location, contact cards, reactions, replies, and forwards are all supported.
- Tenant Isolation: Each tenant's connections, chats, and messages are kept separate from every other tenant's, so one workspace can never see another workspace's data.
- Contacts Integration: QR chats are linked to your existing Contacts records. A QR Chat column in the contact list shows this link.
- Bot Flow Builder Support: You can use WhatsApp QR Login as a trigger in the Bot Flow Builder, so incoming text, media, location, or contact-card messages can start an automated flow. See supported node types for the full list.
🎯 Why Choose WhatsApp QR Login?
No Cloud API Approval Required
You do not need to go through Meta's approval process or get message templates reviewed. The module connects using the same QR-scanning method as WhatsApp Web, so it works with any personal or business WhatsApp account.
Phone-Independent Operation
You only need your phone for the first scan. After that, your phone can be turned off, in airplane mode, or out of network coverage, and the connection keeps working. WhatsApp will only ask you to reconnect your phone after several weeks.
A Real Shared Inbox
With this module, every authorised user in the workspace sees the same chats and can reply. The chat history is saved permanently and can be searched at any time.
