Auto Disable Fallback, Scheduled Activation, URL-Based Assistants & WhatsMark SaaS v3.1.0 Compatibility
Introduces configurable auto-disable for AI fallback conversations, time-slot-based AI activation scheduling, automatic stop after out-of-knowledge replies, URL-based knowledge base creation, and full compatibility with WhatsMark SaaS v3.1.0.
New Features
- Auto Disable AI Assistant Fallback – AI Assistant used as a fallback can now automatically stop after a configurable duration and return the conversation to the normal chatbot flow.
- Scheduled AI Assistant Activation – Schedule AI Assistant activation automatically based on predefined time slots, such as enabling AI during off-hours and disabling it during business hours.
- Auto Disable After Out-of-Knowledge Replies – Configure the AI Assistant to automatically stop after a specified number of out-of-knowledge responses and return control to the chatbot.
- URL-Based Assistants – Create AI assistants directly from website URLs, allowing knowledge bases to be generated from online content without manual document uploads.
- WhatsMark SaaS v3.1.0 Compatibility – Added full compatibility support for WhatsMark SaaS v3.1.0, including updates required for the latest platform features, dependencies, and system enhancements.
