- Flow Builder – Drag-and-drop interface for creating custom WhatsApp Flows with 8 pre-built templates (Lead Capture, Customer Feedback, Event Registration, Support Ticket, NPS Survey, Job Application, Appointment Request, Product Inquiry).
- Sync from Meta – Import existing flows directly from your Meta Business account.
- Submissions – Track all flow submissions with search, filter, and CSV export.
- Field Mappings – Map flow fields to CRM contact fields and custom fields automatically on submission.
- Automations – Send WhatsApp messages, assign agents, and call webhooks on submission, including conditional automations with an On Field Value trigger.
- Flow Preview – Test flow rendering before publishing to ensure the experience is correct.
- Multi-channel Sending – Send flows via campaigns, live chat, template bots, and bot flow workflows.
- Plan-based Quotas – Super admin can set flow usage quotas per subscription plan.
