Flow Submissions
When customers fill out and submit a WhatsApp Flow form, their responses are captured as submissions. You can view all submissions for any flow, search by contact, filter by status, and export data to CSV.
Accessing Submissions
From the WhatsApp Flows list, click the three-dot menu on a flow and select Submissions.
Submissions List

The submissions page displays all responses received for a specific flow:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact | Name and email of the submitter (if available) |
| Phone | Phone number of the submitter |
| Status | Submission status — Processed, Pending, etc. |
| Submitted At | Date and time the form was submitted |
| Actions | Click View to see full submission details |
Search and Filter
- Use the Search bar to find submissions by phone number or contact name
- Use the Status dropdown to filter by submission status (e.g., All Statuses, Processed, Pending)
Export to CSV
Click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner to download all submissions as a CSV file. This is useful for:
- Importing data into your CRM or spreadsheet
- Generating reports
- Sharing collected data with team members
Submission Details
Click View on any submission to open the details panel.

The details panel shows:
- Contact Information — Name, phone number, and avatar
- Status Badge — Current processing status (e.g., Processed)
- Submitted At — Exact date and time of submission
- Form Responses — All field labels with their submitted values
Each form response shows the field label and the submitted value, making it easy to review the data collected from the customer.
TIP
Submissions are automatically linked to existing contacts in your CRM when the phone number matches. If the contact doesn't exist yet, you can use Field Mappings to automatically create or update contacts from submissions.
Next: Configure Field Mappings to map flow responses to your CRM contact fields, or set up Automations to trigger actions on new submissions.
