Managing WhatsApp Flows
WhatsApp Flows lets you create interactive forms that customers can fill out directly inside WhatsApp. Use flows to capture leads, collect feedback, book appointments, register users for events, and more — all without leaving the chat.
Flows can be created from scratch using the built-in Flow Builder, generated from pre-built Templates, or synced directly from your Meta Business account.
Accessing WhatsApp Flows
Navigate to WhatsApp Flows > WhatsApp Flows from the sidebar menu.

Flows List Overview
The flows list page displays all your WhatsApp Flows with the following details:

| Submissions | Total number of form submissions received |
| Active | Toggle to enable or disable the flow |
