New Features
- Bot Flow Library – A shared collection of ready-to-use bot flows that admins publish for all tenants. Tenants add a flow to their account in one click and customise it, instead of building a chatbot from scratch.
- Cloud Storage – Store chat media, campaign attachments and other uploads on Amazon S3, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, DigitalOcean Spaces, Cloudflare R2 or MinIO instead of your server. This frees up disk space and lets your storage grow with your business.
