Custom Labels

The Custom Labels feature allows you to create and assign labels to chats for better organization and tracking. You can define custom labels with specific names and colors, and assign them to conversations based on status, priority, or category (e.g., In Progress, Pending, Lost).

Once assigned, these labels are visibly displayed in the chat interface, including the top bar and chat list, making it easy to quickly identify and manage conversations. This helps teams stay organized, prioritize tasks, and streamline communication workflows.
