Templates 📄
WhatsApp message templates are specific message formats that businesses use to send out notifications or customer care messages to people that have opted in to notifications. Messages can include appointment reminders, shipping information, issue resolution or payment updates.
Where to find it?
Go to:
WhatsBot > Templates & Flows > Templates
The main page displays the templates list screen, which includes the following action buttons:
1. Load Templates
Synchronizes all your approved templates from Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API directly into WhatsBot. This ensures your local template list is always up to date with the latest approved templates.
2. Template Management
Redirects you to Meta’s official template dashboard, where you can create, edit, and manage your WhatsApp message templates.
3. Create Template
Allows you to create new templates directly from WhatsBot, making it easy to design and submit templates without leaving the application.
TIP 💡
Templates will be sourced from Meta WhatsApp cloud api account. visit this link for more information.
Notice
Image type, text type, blank, and approved templates will be display here. Document type and video type templates are not supported.
