What is the Roadmap?
The roadmap is a public page displaying feature requests organized by status, giving users visibility into your product direction.

Roadmap Layout
Status Columns
Feature requests grouped by status:
- Planned - Committed to development
- In Progress - Currently being built
- Completed - Recently finished
- New - Just zsubmitted
- Open - Acknowledged and accepted
- Under Review - Being Evoluated
- Rejected - Reviewed and declined
- Closed - Finished or resolved
Enabling the Roadmap
- Settings → Roadmap Settings
- Toggle Enable Public Roadmap
- Configure display options
- Save changes
Filtering
Allow users to filter roadmap:
- By board
Sorting
Choose default sort order:
- By vote count
- By recently added
Adding Features to Roadmap
Features appear on roadmap automatically when their status matches mapped statuses.
To add:
- Change feature request status to "Planned", "In Progress", or "Completed"
- Feature appears on their specifi staus in board roadmap immediately
To remove:
When the status is deleted, the card is removed from the roadmap.
Roadmap Visibility
Public Access
Anyone can view the roadmap (even non-logged-in users) unless restricted.
Best Practices
Keep It Updated
- Regularly move features between columns
- Remove completed features after announcements
- Add target dates when known
Be Transparent
- Show realistic timelines
- Don't overpromise
- Update frequently
- Explain delays
Engage Users
- Link roadmap from navigation
- Promote in emails
- Reference in support responses
- Encourage feedback
