Role
The Role Management feature in WhatsMark lets administrators create and customize roles with specific permissions. This helps ensure that users only access the features they need based on their responsibilities.
Role Configuration
- Enter the Role Name in the text box.
- A list of platform features is displayed.
- Each feature has different permissions that can be assigned, such as:
- View – Allows the user to see this feature.
- Create – Allows the user to add new content.
- Edit – Allows the user to make changes.
- Delete – Allows the user to remove content.
Assigning Users to a Role
- The List of Users Using This Role section shows all users assigned to a specific role.
- You can search for users to quickly find who has this role.
