Module Setup

Overview

WhatsMark SaaS is extensible through modules — self-contained packages such as the Blog Module, WhatsApp QR Login, WhatsApp Flows, and Embedded Sign-up that add new features to your installation without modifying the core application.

This guide walks you through the complete setup process for any module: downloading the package from your Corbital account, uploading and installing it in the admin panel, activating it, and validating its license. Every module follows the same workflow, so once you have completed it for one, the remaining ones will feel familiar.

NOTE

These instructions apply only to products purchased directly from the Corbital store at corbitaltech.dev.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • Access to your WhatsMark SaaS admin panel.
  • An active Corbital account at corbitaltech.dev with the module included in My Products.
  • Your purchase credentials — the username and purchase code tied to the product (used to activate the license).

TIP

Always download the module from your own Corbital account rather than from a third-party source. This guarantees you receive the latest, license-eligible version of the package.

Installation Steps

1. Download the Module

  1. Sign in to corbitaltech.dev.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Downloads.
  3. Locate the product you want to install and click Download.
  4. Save the .zip package to your computer.

Download Product

2. Unzip and Locate the Upload File

Extract the downloaded package. Inside, you will find:

  • upload.zip — the module package required for installation.
  • documentation folder — reference documentation only; not required for installation.

Only upload the upload.zip file

3. Open the Admin Panel

Log in to your WhatsMark SaaS admin dashboard.

4. Install the Module

  1. In the sidebar, go to Setup, then click Modules.
  2. Click Upload Module in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the upload.zip file you extracted earlier.
  4. Wait for the upload and installation to finish. Larger modules may take a few moments — avoid closing or refreshing the page until the process completes.

Once installed, the module will appear in the Modules Management list in an inactive state.

5. Activate the Module

  1. Find the newly installed module in the Modules Management list.
  2. Click Activate next to it.

Activation registers the module with your installation and prepares it for licensing. At this stage, the module is enabled but not yet licensed.

6. Retrieve Your Product License

To license the module, you will need the credentials tied to your purchase:

  1. Return to corbitaltech.dev and navigate to profile icon → Downloads.
  2. Click Download License and download the license PDF and TXT file.

Keep these credentials handy for the next step.

Download License

7. Activate the License

  1. Back in the WhatsMark SaaS admin panel, click Activate on the module to open the Module Activation dialog.
  2. Enter the Username and Purchase Code you copied from your Corbital account.
  3. Click Verify & Activate.
  4. Confirm that the module's status changes to Active.

WARNING

If activation fails, double-check that the username and purchase code match exactly (with no leading or trailing spaces) and that the module has not already been activated on the maximum number of installations permitted by your license.

8. Verify the Installation

After the license is active, confirm that everything is working as expected:

  • The module appears in the admin sidebar.
  • All of the module's pages load without errors.
  • The module's settings or configuration screens are accessible.

If any page fails to load, revisit the activation step and ensure the license status shows as Active.

Next Steps

Your module is now installed, activated, and licensed. Return to the module's own documentation for detailed guidance on its specific configuration, usage, and features.
