Tag v3.1.0

Managing your contacts effectively requires flexible categorization tools. WhatsMark's Tag Management feature lets you create and assign color-coded tags to contacts, making it easy to segment, filter, and organize them based on any criteria relevant to your business β€” such as interest level, product type, or campaign.

What is a Tag?

A Tag is a label you can attach to contacts to group or categorize them freely. Unlike statuses or sources, tags are flexible and can represent anything meaningful to your workflow. Examples include:

  • interested β€” contacts who showed interest
  • vip β€” high-value contacts
  • follow-up β€” contacts needing follow-up
  • campaign-a β€” contacts from a specific campaign

Tags help you:

  • Segment contacts for targeted communication
  • Filter contacts quickly in your dashboard
  • Automate actions based on tag assignments in Bot Flow

Interface Overview

Here's what the Tag Management table looks like:

  • SR.NO: Serial number for each tag entry
  • Name: The label assigned to the tag (e.g., interested, vip)

Label v3.1.0

The Label Management feature in WhatsMark allows you to create and assign color-coded labels to chats, helping your team categorize and prioritize conversations efficiently. Labels work similarly to tags but are applied at the chat level rather than the contact level.

What is a Label?

A Label is a color-coded identifier assigned to a chat to indicate its type, priority, or stage. Examples include:

  • support β€” chats requiring customer support
  • sales β€” chats related to sales inquiries
  • urgent β€” high-priority conversations
  • resolved β€” chats that have been handled

Labels help you:

  • Categorize chats for better team organization
  • Prioritize conversations visually using colors
  • Filter and manage chats efficiently in your dashboard
  • Automate label assignments through Bot Flow
