Subscription
Manage active plans, billing, and subscription preferences all in one place. Summarize of the current subscription status, spend, and renewal information, as well as controls for managing auto-renewal and canceling the subscription.
Features
1. Subscription Summary
- Active Plans: Displays the number of active subscription plans.
- Monthly Spend (With Tax): Shows the total monthly cost including taxes (in KES).
- Next Renewal After: Indicates the number of days remaining before the next subscription renewal.
2. Active Plan Details
- Plan Name: Displays the name of the plan (e.g., Plan 3).
- Plan Status: Shows whether the plan is active.
- Total Cost: Displays the total monthly cost of the plan including tax.
- Start Date: Date when the subscription started.
- Renewal Date: The next scheduled renewal date.
- Auto-Renew Status: Indicates if auto-renew is enabled or disabled.
- Auto-Renew Date: Confirms the date on which the plan will auto-renew.
3. Actions
- View Details: Button to view more detailed information about the subscription plan.
- Disable Auto-Renew: Button to disable the automatic renewal of the subscription.
- Cancel: Button to cancel the subscription plan.

User Flow
View Subscription Summary Users land on the Subscription Details page where they can see a quick summary of their active plans, monthly spending, and time to next renewal.
Check Plan Details Users can view detailed information for each active plan, including the start date, renewal date, and whether auto-renew is enabled.
Manage Auto-Renew Users can disable the auto-renew feature if they wish to stop automatic billing.
Cancel Subscription Users can choose to cancel their subscription plan using the cancel button.

Plan Overview: Plan 3 Plan
This section shows the key details of the active subscription plan.
- Status:
Active— Indicates that the subscription is currently active. - Base Price:
ksh300.00— The monthly or periodic cost of the plan. - Ends:
Oct 02, 2025— The subscription expiration date. - Auto-Renewal:
Enabled— Automatic renewal is currently enabled, ensuring uninterrupted service. - Created:
Jun 25, 2025— Date when this subscription plan was initially created.
User Actions
- Upgrade: Allows the user to upgrade to a higher plan with more features or capacity.
- Downgrade: Allows the user to switch to a lower plan.
- Disable Auto-Renew: Option to disable automatic subscription renewal.
- Cancel: Allows the user to cancel the current subscription plan.

Recent Invoices Section
This table lists the most recent invoices related to the subscription, including invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and payment statuses.
- View: Opens the invoice details for the selected invoice.
- Download: Downloads a PDF or other format of the invoice.
View All Invoices: At the bottom of the invoices list, users can click the View All Invoices link, which redirects to a dedicated INVOICES page where the user can access their full invoice history with more advanced filtering and searching options.
