Scope of Free Support
Free support is strictly limited to the core WhatsMarkSaaS script and covers only:
- Bugs or defects reproducible within the script itself
- Features explicitly documented as part of the product
No other services are included in free support.
Meta / WhatsApp Services (Not Included)
We do not provide free support for any Meta or WhatsApp-related matters, including but not limited to:
- Meta Business Manager setup or approval
- WhatsApp Cloud API configuration
- Phone number verification or approval
- Template approval or rejection
- Account warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans
These are entirely controlled by Meta, and we have no authority or influence over their decisions.
Paid Consultancy Services
We offer paid consultancy and professional services for users who require assistance beyond the script, including:
- Meta Business Manager setup and guidance
- WhatsApp Cloud API configuration
- Number verification support (best-effort only)
- Production environment setup
- Custom workflows, integrations, or optimizations
Notice
All consultancy, setup, installation, and configuration services are paid and not included in free support.
Custom Work & Extensions
- Any custom development, feature modification, or extension is not free
- Skilled development hours are chargeable
- You may hire us for custom work under a separate agreement
No Refund Policy for Extensions
WARNING
Extensions / add-ons are non-refundable once purchased. Please review all documentation and requirements carefully before purchase.
Final Clarification
WhatsMarkSaaS is a self-hosted software product, not a managed Meta or WhatsApp service. Responsibility for Meta compliance, approvals, and account health remains entirely with the user.
